is responsible for managing the overall sales and revenue performance of the Raipur training center. The role includes leading the counselling and telecalling team, ensuring monthly admission targets are achieved, and maintaining high conversion and retention rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales and counselling team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
Plan and implement local marketing, promotional, and lead generation activities.
Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries efficiently, ensuring maximum conversions.
Monitor team performance, maintain daily reports, and ensure sales discipline.
Coordinate with Head Office for sales strategy, training updates, and center operations.
Maintain excellent communication with students and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.
Experience in counselling, inside sales, or the education/training sector preferred.
Ability to manage teams and deliver consistent results under deadlines.
