About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Center Sales Head to lead our Raipur branch. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in the EdTech or training industry. The role demands strong sales closing abilities, branch operations management, and achieving monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the overall sales and operations of the Raipur center

Handle direct walk-ins, leads, and telephonic enquiries to drive admissions

Take full ownership of sales closure - from counselling to final enrolment

Achieve or exceed monthly admission and revenue targets

Lead, manage, and motivate the counseling and front desk team

Monitor performance metrics, lead conversions, and daily sales reports

Coordinate with marketing for local outreach and lead generation

Maintain high customer satisfaction, service quality, and discipline at the branch

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (MBA preferred)

2-3 years of experience in sales/branch management (EdTech or Aviation/Hospitality training preferred)

Proven track record in sales closure and target achievement

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Confident, persuasive, and highly organized

Immediate joiners will be preferred
