Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Conduct client counselling and perform therapy bookings. Communicate with existing clients to gather feedback and provide updates on therapies. Handle and resolve client complaints, if any, in a timely and professional manner. Promote and sell the company's own brand products through both offline and online channels. Prepare and manage various daily and monthly operational reports. Prepare and maintain invoices (both manual and system-generated). Manage stock and inventory of the company's own brand products. Oversee the overall operations of the center to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Criteria :

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Smart, young, and presentable

with excellent communication skills in

Bengali, Hindi, and English

2 years of experience in an aesthetic, skin, or hair clinic
