Job Summary
The Center Manager is responsible for the overall management, administration, and smooth functioning of the Welmont Pre & Day Care School. The role includes academic coordination, staff management, parent relations, admissions, compliance, and day-to-day operations to ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for children.
Key Responsibilities1. Academic & Operational Management
Ensure smooth daily operations of the pre-school and day care center
Implement school policies, curriculum guidelines, and SOPs
Monitor classroom activities and maintain education quality standards
Ensure child safety, hygiene, and discipline at all times
2. Staff Management
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teachers, caretakers, and support staff
Prepare staff schedules, duty rosters, and leave management
Ensure staff attendance, performance, and professional conduct
Conduct regular meetings and training sessions
3. Admissions & Parent Coordination
Handle admissions, inquiries, counseling, and enrollment process
Build strong relationships with parents and address concerns professionally
Organize parent-teacher meetings and school events
Maintain student records and documentation
4. Administration & Compliance
Maintain attendance, fee collection, reports, and documentation
Ensure compliance with school policies, safety norms, and legal requirements
Coordinate with head office / management for reports and updates
Manage inventory, classroom materials, and center resources
5. Marketing & Growth Support
Support local marketing activities and lead generation
Promote school programs and initiatives in the local area
Work towards achieving admission targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate (Education preferred)
