Job Summary:

JSCC Wellness is seeking a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wellness center. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth functioning of the center, delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and maintaining a high standard of wellness care.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:
o Supervise daily center operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

o Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

o Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and wellness regulations and company policies.

Team Leadership:
o Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance reviews.

o Foster a positive team culture focused on wellness, professionalism, and customer care.

Customer Service:
o Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

o Ensure all clients receive excellent service and a personalized wellness experience.

o Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.

Sales & Business Development:
o Drive membership sales, service packages, and product offerings to meet revenue goals.

o Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.

o Track center performance, analyze KPIs, and report to upper management.

Inventory & Facility Management:
o Manage inventory of wellness products and supplies.

o Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

o Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health/Wellness Management, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the wellness, fitness, healthcare, or hospitality industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record in achieving revenue targets. Knowledge of wellness services (e.g., spa, therapy, nutrition, fitness) is a plus. Proficient in MS Office and center management software.
