Key Responsibilities:
Class Management:
o Coordinate and manage daily class schedules.
o Ensure timely communication of class timings and changes to students
and faculty.
Scheduling & Attendance:
o Maintain accurate student attendance records.
o Handle rescheduling requests and manage batch allocations.
Fee Collection & Reporting:
o Oversee fee collection processes and maintain financial records.
o Generate and share periodic reports on collections and outstanding
payments.
Customer Support:
o Address student queries promptly and professionally.
o Resolve issues related to classes, schedules, and payments.
Center Operations:
o Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the center.
o Coordinate with faculty and support staff for operational efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
