Job Summary:



The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fertility center, ensuring efficient functioning, managing the team, driving revenue generation, and maintaining high standards of patient care. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, and leadership to achieve the center's goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Operational Management:



Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring all departments function smoothly. Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency and quality of services. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accreditation standards.

Revenue Generation:



Develop and execute strategies to increase patient intake and revenue. Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional activities that attract new patients.

Team Management:



Lead, motivate, and manage the center's staff, including doctors, nurses, administrative, and support staff. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and plan for improvements. Manage staff schedules and oversee employee training and development.

Patient Care and Satisfaction:



Ensure a patient-centric approach in all operations, enhancing patient satisfaction and retention. Address and resolve patient complaints and feedback promptly and effectively. Monitor patient care standards and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Reporting and Documentation:



Prepare and present regular reports on center performance, including financials, patient volumes, and operational metrics. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all aspects of the center's operations.

Strategic Planning:



Contribute to the long-term strategic planning of the center. Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a fertility or healthcare setting.

Skills:



Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Financial acumen and experience in revenue management. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
