Job Summary
The Center Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations of the Centre, ensuring achievement of sales targets, customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and compliance with statutory and commercial guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets
Optimize operational costs and improve overall productivity
Oversee seamless day-to-day operations and administration
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and commercial controls
Obtain and manage necessary permissions for project execution
Coordinate and liaise with channel partners to enhance performance and productivity
Manage profit and loss (P&L) of the assigned centre
Lead, motivate, and manage teams to meet business objectives
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions where required
