Job Requirements
Centre Manager - will be responsible for managing more than one program (matured and start-up) working closely with the customer. This role will be responsible for Business Excellence aspects of Delivery: program health, customer satisfaction, Cost Optimization, contribution margin, capability planning, growth anticipation & strategic planning.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Should be able to develop new service lines for the customer requirements.

• Manage Programs with help of program managers & principal engineers
• Conduct internal review meetings
• Responsible for Planning Mega hiring drives
• Should work with different teams within the Customer organization and collaborate to deliver projects with stringent timelines.
• Responsible for implementing digital solutions to automate / improve the execution methodology
• Resource Management

• Attrition management
• Grooming leaders
• Proactive Hiring for pipeline projects
• Responsible for preparing Proposals (RFP/RFQ/RFI)
• Own / conduct status review meetings with customer
• Responsible for employee engagement
• TED / Sig sigma - Identifying and brining to closure
• Support sales campaigns
• Cross Sell / Up Sell

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in Plant Design / Operations / Surveillance
• Good exposure to rotating equipment (Pump, compressor, Gas turbine ..etc) surveillance
• Very good understanding of process surveillance
• Chemical engineering background preferred
• Good to have experience in Oil & Gas
• Experience in managing 300+ member team
• Experience in owning mega walk-in drives to hire people in mass
• Good to have a PMP certification
