Job Description

The Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the training centre(s), ensuring smooth coordination of operations, and maintaining high standards of training delivery. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing training centres, preferably within the KYP (Kushal Yuva Program) or DDUGKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) projects, and possess strong operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Communication and Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including students, trainers, and partners. Ensure effective communication between students and faculty regarding schedules, assessments, and project timelines. Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the centre's mission and programs.

Mission and Skill Development Alignment:

Understand and align activities with the centre's mission of promoting skill development. Facilitate the implementation of skill development projects, ensuring they meet objectives and deliverables.

Experience with KYP or DDUGKY Projects

: Utilize prior experience working with government or skill development projects like KYP or DDUGKY to enhance training outcomes and project execution. Ensure adherence to project requirements and reporting protocols as outlined by these projects.

Centre Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the training centre. Manage infrastructure, equipment, and supplies necessary for training activities. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Coordination with Internal and External Stakeholders:

Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, government representatives, and other key stakeholders. Ensure regular feedback and communication between students, trainers, and the management team to address any issues.

Mobilization and Student Engagement:

Develop and execute strategies for mobilization to attract and enroll students into the training programs. Manage student attendance records, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Engage with students regularly to address concerns, monitor progress, and ensure successful course completion.
