Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Operations and Administration

Manage the

day-to-day operations

of the centre to ensure seamless and efficient functioning. Develop, implement, and monitor

centre policies, procedures, and standards

to ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements. Oversee

facility management

, including maintenance, security, and hygiene, to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff and customers. Manage and control the

centre's budget

, track expenses, and ensure optimal utilization of resources to drive profitability. Handle vendor management, local procurement, and maintain accurate inventory/stock records.
2. Sales and Business Development

Drive the centre's

sales targets and revenue goals

through effective planning, team motivation, and local marketing initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics, analyzing performance data to identify trends and implement corrective actions. Actively engage in local

business development

and promotional activities in the Gopalpura area to increase centre visibility and customer footfall. Prepare and present accurate financial and operational reports to senior management on a weekly/monthly basis.
3. Team Leadership and Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of staff (e.g., Sales Counsellors, Operations Staff, etc.) to achieve individual and team objectives. Oversee the

recruitment, onboarding, and training

of new centre staff. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary. Foster a

positive, high-performance, and customer-centric culture

within the centre.
4. Customer and Stakeholder Relations

Ensure the delivery of

exceptional customer service

and a premium experience for all clients. Serve as the

primary point of escalation

for complex customer queries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, partners, and local authorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
