Role Description:
Student and parents counselling on calls or face-to-face, including home counselling, to secure admissions
Manager day-to-day operations of center such as scheduling, staff management etc
Achieve revenue targets of the branch ? Maintain an accurate record and report of all students in CRM
Be well-informed about pattern, syllabus, eligibility criteria etc. of different competitive exams
Ensure that branch efforts are synchronized with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation/Post-Graduation in any stream
Proven experience of 3+ years in a Counseling and branch managerial role, preferably in an educational or sales-driven environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Convincing Power/Adaptable/ Active listening

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
