to lead our Skill Training Institute. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, conducting awareness and mobilization programs, coordinating training activities, and ensuring smooth execution of government and CSR-funded skill development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall center operations as per scheme and organization guidelines.
Conduct awareness and mobilization programs in nearby areas to generate trainee enrollment.
Coordinate with trainers, trainees, and stakeholders to ensure smooth training delivery.
Maintain proper records of trainees, attendance, assessments, and placements on government portals.
Liaise with local authorities, departments, and project partners for compliance and reporting.
Ensure quality training delivery and timely submission of reports and documentation.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream.
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing skill training centers or similar operations.
Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and online portals.
Willingness to travel locally for awareness and mobilization drives.
Salary:
As per experience and project norms.
