Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administration
Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning
Maintain discipline, hygiene, and infrastructure of the centre
Ensure compliance with institute policies and processes
Coordinate with Head Office for reports, audits, and updates
Admissions & Revenue
Drive student admissions through walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission & revenue targets
Handle counselling for courses (Graphics, VFX, Interior, Fashion, Photography, Digital Marketing, etc.)
Plan and execute local marketing activities
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and manage counsellors, faculty, and support staff
Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and performance tracking
Provide training and guidance to improve team productivity
Student Experience
Ensure high-quality student service and satisfaction
Handle student/parent escalations professionally
Monitor attendance, batch schedules, and feedback
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Execute local promotions, school/college tie-ups, events, and seminars
Coordinate digital and offline marketing initiatives
Represent the institute at external events and meetings
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain admission data, enquiry records, and MIS reports
Track conversions, follow-ups, and lead performance
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management
