Walk-in Generation & LMS Lead Growth: Drive growth in walk-ins, with a particular focus onconverting leads from the Learning Management System (LMS) into center visits andenrollments
Event Management: Manage, organize, and supervise events aimed at enhancing centerproductivity and achieving walk-in targets. This includes ensuring that events are executedeffectively and deliver cost-efficient results.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors for marketing activities, ensuringthat services are delivered cost-effectively and meet the centers objectives.
Student Development: Ensure that the center provides an environment conducive tostudent development, including effective batch formation and appropriate facultyassignments.
Batch Scheduling & Faculty Allocation: Oversee the allocation of faculty and the formationof batches, ensuring that scheduling is optimized to meet student needs and operationalrequirements.
Operations & Administration: Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations andadministration of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to companypolicies and procedures.
Student & Parent Engagement: Address and resolve concerns and issues raised by studentsand parents, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and a positive experience at the center.
