Center Manager in skinheal solution pvt ltd pune.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

- Manage staff, including doctors, therapists, and support staff.

- Ensure smooth functioning of the center.

2. Patient Care:

- Ensure high-quality care and service to patients.

- Address patient grievances and feedback.

3. Treatment Protocols:

- Develop and implement Ayurvedic treatment protocols.

- Monitor treatment outcomes and patient progress.

4. Staff Training:

- Train staff on Ayurvedic practices, patient care, and safety.

5. Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory of herbal medicines, oils, and supplies.

6. Marketing and Promotion:

- Promote Ayurvedic services and treatments.

- Collaborate with marketing teams for outreach.

- councelling and confirm 10 panchkarma patient in a month.

7. Financial Management:

- Manage center's finances, including budgeting and billing.

Requirements:

. Qualification:

- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or equivalent.

- Management experience preferred.

2. Knowledge:

- Ayurvedic principles, treatments, and practices.

- Familiarity with herbal medicines and therapies.

3. Skills:

- Leadership and management skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities May Include:

. Panchakarma Therapies:

1. Overseeing therapies like Vamana, Virechana, Basti.

2. Herbal Medicine Management: Ensuring quality and availability.

3. Patient Counseling: Providing guidance on Ayurvedic lifestyle, diet.

4. Quality Control: Maintaining standards in treatments, services.
