Job Summary: LivetechINDIA is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Centre Manager to oversee the complete operations and growth of our training centre in Mumbai. The Centre Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the centre, driving admissions, maintaining high student satisfaction, managing staff, and achieving overall business objectives. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires strong administrative, sales, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall Centre Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the training centre, ensuring efficiency, quality, and smooth delivery of all programs.
Lead the centre's sales and admissions team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets.
Monitor conversion rates, lead generation, and other key sales metrics, taking corrective actions as needed.
Conduct counseling to convert inquiries into admissions.
Academics & Quality Assurance :Collaborate with the academic team to ensure the quality and relevance of course content and delivery.
Monitor instructor performance and student learning outcomes.
Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement of academic programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience 4+ years in a management role within the education, training, or service industry, with direct experience in a centre management capacity preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing staff.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-centric approach.
Ability manage multiple priorities effectively.
