The Center Manager will be responsible for the overall administration, operations, and performance of the training center. This includes ensuring smooth daily functioning, achieving admissions and revenue targets, maintaining high standards of training delivery, and providing leadership to the team. The Center Manager acts as a key liaison between the management and the center staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Center Operations & Management:
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of all departments within the center.
Maintain infrastructure, systems, and cleanliness to create a positive learning environment.
Monitor center expenses and optimize resource utilization.
Business Development & Target Achievement:
Drive admissions through effective lead conversion, marketing campaigns, and community engagement.
Work with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate MIS reports, track performance metrics, and report to senior management.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and support trainers, counselors, admin, and support staff.
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and motivate staff to achieve goals.
Facilitate training and upskilling sessions for team development.
Student Engagement & Satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through quality training, timely query resolution, and regular feedback collection.
Address student concerns and implement corrective measures proactively.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, training standards, and statutory compliances.
Implement SOPs for center operations, student onboarding, and certification.
