Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Center Manager
to lead the day-to-day operations of our clinic. You will be responsible for ensuring high service standards, meeting revenue targets, overseeing staff performance, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Client Experience
Ensure smooth daily functioning of the clinic and all service departments (clinical, salon, slimming, grooming).
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, ambiance, and customer care.
Handle client queries, escalations, and feedback with professionalism.
Team Leadership & Staff Management
Manage, motivate, and train the front desk, doctors, therapists, and salon teams.
Schedule staff shifts, assign responsibilities, and monitor team productivity.
Conduct periodic performance reviews and support team development.
Sales & Business Development
Drive membership sales (Elite, Club, VIP) and upsell services to meet monthly revenue targets.
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and promotional events.
Monitor lead conversions and customer retention rates.
Inventory & Vendor Coordination
Oversee stock management of consumables, clinical supplies, and retail products.
Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and service delivery.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, billing standards, and compliance protocols.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a wellness, aesthetic, salon, or healthcare center.
Strong team management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Sales-focused mindset with a track record of achieving business targets.
Excellent communication in English and local language.
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM and POS systems.
Preferred Qualities
Background in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare industry.
Customer-centric with a keen sense of hospitality and client service.
Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and make quick operational decisions.
