The Centre Manager will oversee daily operations of a Techbyheart centre, ensuring smooth functioning across academics, student services, infrastructure, and support. They will lead the admin team, monitor faculty and batch schedules, handle parent and student escalations, and coordinate with the HO and placement teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise centre activities and administrative staff. Ensure student satisfaction and handle grievances. Coordinate with faculty and schedule classes/batches. Monitor centre infrastructure, logistics, and discipline. Conduct periodic reviews and ensure academic quality. Coordinate with Kottakkal, Kochi, and Bangalore
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred
2+ years in operations/admin/centre management
Strong interpersonal and team-handling skills
Experience in an educational or training institute is preferred
