The Center Manager will be responsible for the complete management of the coworking center, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, strong client retention, and achievement of occupancy and revenue goals. The role demands leadership, ownership, and in-depth knowledge of coworking operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Center Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the coworking center.
Ensure all facilities--meeting rooms, common areas, internet, housekeeping, and security--are functioning efficiently.
Conduct regular facility checks and manage vendor coordination.
Maintain center hygiene, safety standards, and compliance.
2. Client & Community Management
Serve as the main point of contact for members.
Address client requirements, feedback, and escalations promptly.
Build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Organize community events, workshops, and networking activities.
3. Revenue & Occupancy Support
Assist sales team with walk-ins, tours, and onboarding of new clients.
Ensure target occupancy levels are achieved and maintained.
Promote and upsell meeting rooms, event spaces, and value-added services.
Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely collections.
4. Team Leadership
Supervise front office executives, community managers, housekeeping, and support staff.
Train and guide team members for optimal service quality.
Monitor staff performance and manage duty schedules.
5. Administration & Reporting
Manage procurement, petty cash, and inventory of supplies.
Oversee agreement management, documentation, and compliance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on center performance.
Coordinate with accounts, sales, marketing, and senior management teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
