Managing and supervising branch employees, overseeing branch operations, sales activities, and ensuring day-to-day activities efficiently. Improving productivity and streamlining branch operations to get maximum results and high performance.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Function as the reporting point for the centre staff and the point of contact for liaising with HO.
2. Achieve the monthly admission target of the branch.
3. Ensure regular digital marketing activities on social media platforms, with a minimum frequency of three times a week.
4. Coordinate and execute local marketing initiatives such as posters, banners, newspaper inserts, radio, TV advertisements, etc., to enhance brand visibility in the community.
5. Organize seminars, master classes, and career counselling sessions at colleges and at the centre to engage with students and create brand visibility.
6. Welcome and address inquiries from walk-in leads, providing information about the courses and guiding them through the enrollment process.
7. Ensure timely collection of fees dues from students and maintain accurate records of payments received.
8. Implement a system for collecting feedback from students regarding their experiences and concerns and ensure satisfactory resolution of issues raised by students.
9. Responsible for business development activities such as identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
10. Stay updated on competitor trends in the local market and share insights with the central marketing team to maintain a competitive edge.
