This role demands strong leadership, marketing acumen, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive
concept and solution-based sales
in both
B2C
and
B2B
segments, including colleges, corporates, and universities.
Manage and lead teams across
Marketing, Sales, Administration, and Technical
departments.
Operate the center as a
Profit Center
, with a focus on revenue generation and cost optimization.
Achieve and exceed
monthly revenue targets
and business growth objectives.
Ensure smooth
day-to-day operations
of the centre while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Implement and monitor processes, maintain documentation, and ensure timely reporting.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.
Mentor and guide the team
to align with business goals and ensure skill development.
Having a basic understanding of
software programming languages
will be considered an added advantage (Not Mandatory).
