Oversee day-to-day operations of the training/placement center
Lead admissions, counselling, placement, and marketing teams
Drive student enrolments, revenue targets, and center profitability
Ensure smooth execution of training programs and placement activities
Coordinate with corporate partners, banks, and BFSI organizations
Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular reviews
Handle escalations from students, parents, and corporate partners
Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and reporting systems
Plan and execute local marketing, outreach, and branding activities
Prepare and share weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports with HO
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
5-8 years of experience in center operations, education management, BFSI, or training institutes
Proven experience in team handling, revenue generation, and target achievement
Strong exposure to admissions, placements, and corporate coordination
Experience managing metro-city operations (Bangalore/Delhi preferred)
