Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Executive

. Welcome parents, visitors and children with warmth and professionalism.

Handle enquiries through phone, walk-ins and messages. Maintain attendance records, admission files and daily documentation. Coordinate with teachers and support staff for daily schedules. Manage fee collection, receipts and basic administrative tasks. Assist in organizing school events, celebrations and PTMs. Ensure the front office area is neat, presentable and child-friendly.
Centre Head

Oversee the complete functioning of the centre. Lead, motivate and manage the teaching and support staff. Handle parent communication, feedback and counselling for admissions. Drive admission targets and ensure centre growth. Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene and compliance. Plan, coordinate and execute academic and extracurricular programs. Maintain financial records, budgets and operational reports.
Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (Early Childhood Education preferred for Centre Head). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Comfortable working around children and parents. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Email, CRM is a plus). Prior experience in preschool/education sector is an advantage.
