The Operations Manager will be responsible for end-to-end operations of the Delhi Center, ensuring smooth academic delivery, operational efficiency, financial discipline, and high-quality student experience for NEET PG coaching programs. The role requires strong execution capability, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Center Operations Management
? Ensure daily operational readiness of classrooms, AV systems, projectors, seating, and overall infrastructure.
? Coordinate with IT, housekeeping, and support teams for quick issue resolution.
? Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance across the center.
2. Academic & Faculty Coordination
? Manage academic calendars, timetables, faculty schedules, and session readiness.
? Ensure all teaching resources--workbooks, attendance sheets, AV setup--are ready prior to class.
? Coordinate faculty travel, hospitality, and logistical arrangements.
3. Student Support & Experience
? Act as the primary point for student concerns, escalations, and academic support queries.
? Manage student attendance, discipline, classroom execution, and communication.
? Oversee timely distribution of books, notes, tests, and required academic materials.
4. Inventory & Logistics Management
? Oversee stock management of books, workbooks, stationary and operational supplies.
? Forecast requirements and coordinate with central teams for printing, dispatch, and replenishment.
? Maintain accurate inventory records and track consumption to minimize wastage.
5. Accounts & Finance
? Handle daily petty cash, vendor payments, and operational expenses.
? Maintain cost sheets, expense trackers, and monthly financial summaries.
? Ensure accurate record-keeping of student fee receipts and reconciliation with the central finance team.
? Support audits, invoice management, and compliance as required.
? Ensure financial discipline and adherence to budgets for Delhi Center operations.
6. Admissions & Sales Support
? Coordinate with counsellors and sales teams for smooth student onboarding
? Assist in center activities such as seminars, parent interactions, and marketing events.
? Provide operational insights for improving enrolments and student engagement.
7. Reporting & Compliance
? Prepare daily/weekly operational reports, attendance logs, class execution reports, feedback summaries, and
issue trackers.
? Monitor KPIs such as class readiness, student satisfaction, faculty satisfaction, and operational turnaround times
? Ensure SOPs and organizational guidelines are strictly followed.
8. Team Management
? Supervise admin coordinators, housekeeping staff, helpers, and technical assistants.
? Allocate work responsibilities, monitor performance, and train staff as required.
? Ensure the team maintains professionalism and service quality at all times.

Qualifications & Experience
? Graduate/Postgraduate (Preferred: MBA - Operations/Service/Hotel Management)
? 3-7 years of experience in operations within service-oriented industries (Preferred: hotel industry, education,
training, hospitality, EdTech, etc.)
? Exposure to accounts/finance processes will be an added advantage
