Role Overview
Finxpert is seeking a highly ambitious, target-driven Center Manager to lead the Delhi campus with a primary focus on revenue growth, admissions generation, profitability, and business expansion. This role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent people management skills, and the ability to run the center as a high-performing profit unit.
The ideal candidate should be aggressive with numbers, strong in conversions, and capable of driving sales teams to exceed revenue goals while ensuring smooth academic and operational delivery.
1. Revenue, Sales & Admissions Targets (Primary Responsibility)
Own and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets of the center.
Lead the counselling and admissions function to maximize walk-in conversions and lead closures.
Monitor and improve all revenue KPIs: walk-ins, leads, follow-ups, conversions, collections, retention, up-sell, and cross-sell.
Drive local business growth initiatives including outreach activities, seminars, tie-ups, corporate visits, college events, and lead generation programs.
Partner with marketing to execute high-impact local campaigns that drive student acquisition.
Analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and implement corrective actions instantly when targets are at risk.
Train, motivate, and monitor sales/counselling teams to maintain high conversion ratios.
2. Center Profitability & Financial Ownership
Take full ownership of P&L for the Delhi center.
Optimize costs without compromising student experience or academic quality.
Ensure timely fee collections, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation.
Drive operational efficiencies to improve EBITDA and unit-level profitability.
3. Funnel Management & Performance Tracking
Track and optimize the entire student acquisition funnel: lead ? enquiry ? walk-in ? demo ? admission ? retention.
Maintain strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene to push leads toward closures.
Build dashboards to monitor daily sales progress, counsellor productivity, and conversion gaps.
Ensure all counsellors meet their individual sales numbers consistently.
4. Student Experience & Retention (Supporting Revenue)
Deliver an exceptional student experience to maximize renewals, referrals, and repeat business.
Resolve escalations quickly to prevent dropouts and revenue leakage.
Ensure academic delivery quality that enhances long-term revenue outcomes.
5. Team Leadership & Sales Culture Building
Lead and mentor counsellors, coordinators, admin and support teams.
Conduct daily sales huddles, weekly reviews, and target-based performance plans.
Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and KPI-driven execution.
6. Operations & Compliance
(Secondary but essential)
Ensure smooth functioning of the centre, including attendance, infrastructure, schedules, faculty coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain documentation, reports, and SOP adherence.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate
4-10 years' experience in a revenue-led role in EdTech, training institutes, BFSI training, retail sales, or centre management
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
Experience managing P&L, admissions funnel, and team performance is essential
