Job Description

Qualification:-Masters in Hospital Administration Experience-7-10years

Roles and responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for patient care and manage communication with families.

Establish and maintain budgetary control, ensuring cost optimization.

Address and resolve patient issues related to their stay in the facility.

Maintain accurate dashboards, metrics, and MIS for management reporting.

Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate lead closure and conversion.

Ensure seamless coordination with other teams and external centers for patient services.

Manage billing, develop customer service processes, and oversee front-end services.

Escalate relevant issues for timely intervention by senior management.

Participate in cost management activities and handle P&L responsibilities.

Plan patient activities, implement care plans, manage tele-dementia calls, and oversee administrative task
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?40,000.00 per month
