Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to grow revenue from bridal makeup packages, academy courses (Intensive Pro Course, masterclasses), and potential product lines. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Acquisition: Identify and pitch to high-value clients, including brides, event planners, and corporate partners, for makeup services (bridal, group packages, male grooming). Secure bookings for weddings, photoshoots, and media events.
Academy Enrollment: Promote Kajol's makeup courses to aspiring artists via outreach, webinars, and social media campaigns. Drive sign-ups for programs like the 3-month Intensive Pro Course and 3-day masterclasses.
Data & Reporting: Use Excel and CRM tools to track sales pipelines, analyze conversion rates, and create reports on bridal bookings and academy enrollments. Present insights to Kajol and the VP to refine strategies.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with Kajol's content (Instagram, YouTube) and ensure seamless client experiences, from inquiry to service delivery.
Qualifications:
3+ years of sales experience, ideally in beauty, luxury services, or education sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and advanced Excel skills for pipeline tracking and reporting.
Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication to engage high-end clients and partners.
Strong network in Mumbai's wedding or beauty industry (e.g., planners, salons, influencers) is a plus.
