- Centre Manager



Sport Focus Investments Private Limited is the Master Franchisor of The Little Gym USA for

more than 7 years. We started our operations with our first centre in October 2014 in Kolkata and

grew to more than 20 operating centres prior to the pandemic. We have restarted operations this

year and are excited to share that we are now back to 16 centres and our goal is to have 20

centres by this financial year. Our mission is to grow this brand to over 150 centres in the next 5

years. As a company our Vision is to make a difference to a child's life by developing their

What is the role?



This is an exciting leadership role for a young energetic go getter who loves to lead and take

responsibility. It covers all the key aspects of running any business such as Sales, Marketing

and Operations. It's almost like running your own business. We are a very customer (both child

and parent) focused company and we look for people who are customer centric. As the Centre Manager whilst you have overall responsibilities for all functions in the centre your primary focus is revenue generation.

What will you do?



Achieve Revenue targets for the centre both from new and existing customers Generate Sales leads for prospective customers Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and invite them to The Little Gym Centre Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Lead a team of employees across different functions Collaborate with team members to achieve better results in various functions Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

What do you need?



Proven experience in a direct sales and customer facing role Proficiency in English Excellent knowledge of MS Office Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Graduate The person must be healthy and fit since we deal with children

- Tuesday to Sunday (Work from Office only)

Timings

-10 to 7 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
