1. Academic Leadership & Quality Control
Your primary product is education. You must ensure the quality of teaching is high and consistent.
Curriculum Oversight: Ensure the syllabus or training modules are completed on time and according to company standards.
Faculty Management: Recruiting, training, and observing teachers. You are responsible for their performance and for managing "substitute" plans if a teacher is absent.
Student Progress: Monitoring test scores and learning outcomes. You identify "weak" students and ensure remedial actions are taken.
2. Admissions & Sales (The Growth Pillar)
In most private education setups, the Center Head is responsible for meeting enrollment targets.
Lead Conversion: Driving the sales team (or counselors) to convert inquiries into admissions.
Marketing: Planning local events, school seminars, or digital campaigns to increase center visibility.
PTM Management: Leading Parent-Teacher Meetings to build trust and ensure high "re-enrollment" or "renewal" rates.
3. Operations & Compliance
Center Hygiene: Ensuring the classrooms, labs, and washrooms are clean, safe, and tech-ready (AV equipment, Wi-Fi, etc.).
Regulatory Adherence: Especially in India, ensuring the center follows the latest government guidelines for coaching centers (e.g., fire safety, student-to-teacher ratios, and age limits).
Resource Allocation: Managing books, study materials, and inventory to prevent shortages.
