Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and activities of the center or facility
Develop and implement strategies, goals, and objectives for the center in alignment with the organization's mission and vision
Create and manage the center's budget, ensuring financial stability and efficient resource allocation
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members, including instructors, administrative personnel, and support staff
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, students, parents, or other stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns
Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract clients or students, increase enrollment, and enhance the center's visibility within the community
Monitor and evaluate the center's performance, assess outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to improve results
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service or education
Engage with the local community, businesses, and educational institutions to foster partnerships and collaboration

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
