As a
Center Manager
at
Mantra Care
, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service center, ensuring optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will manage a team, drive business performance, and ensure a seamless experience for both customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all processes.
Lead and manage the team, providing direction, support, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop, implement, and evaluate operational strategies to achieve business goals, including customer satisfaction and financial objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both team and center performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
Ensure that all activities comply with
Mantra Care
's policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., HR, Finance, and Sales) to ensure seamless integration and support.
Manage the center's budget and resources, including staffing, supplies, and inventory, to ensure cost-efficiency.
Implement training programs to enhance team capabilities, improve service quality, and ensure continuous professional development.
Regularly prepare and present reports to senior management on center performance, issues, and growth opportunities.
Create a positive and motivating work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in customer service or operations management.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Analytical thinking, with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with management tools and software.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in managing service centers or operations is a plus.
