Managing and supervising branch employees, overseeing branch operations, sales activities, and ensuring day-to-day activities efficiently. Improve productivity and streamline branch operations to get maximum results and high performance.
Major Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth functioning of the centres and ensure a favourable atmosphere for students and staff.
Achieve the monthly admission target of the branch.
Function as the reporting point for the centre staff and the point of contact for liaising with HO.
Responsible for business development activities such as identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
Support in the identification and expansion of franchisee network in Karnataka
Responsible for development of B2B business with colleges and with corporates.
Provide regional oversight by integrating market insights into both course offerings and placement initiatives.
Establish and nurture strategic relationships with industry partners to secure robust placement opportunities.
Oversee and ensure regular digital marketing activities on social media platforms, with a minimum frequency of three times a week.
Coordinate and execute local marketing initiatives such as posters, banners, newspaper inserts, radio, TV advertisements, etc., to enhance brand visibility in the community.
Organize seminars, master classes, and career counselling sessions at colleges and at the centre to engage with students and provide valuable insights into career opportunities.
Stay updated on competitor trends in the local market and share insights with the central marketing team to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Welcome and address inquiries from walk-in leads, providing information about the institution's offerings and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Ensure timely collection of fees dues from students and maintain accurate records of payments received.
Monitor and ensure the availability of internet connectivity, adequate seating arrangements, and functioning systems for students and staff.
Implement a system for collecting feedback from students regarding their experiences and concerns and ensure and satisfactory resolution of issues raised by students. Version 6/6/24
Desired Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience in Business Development / Centre Management / Sales & Operations, preferably in EdTech or Training & Education sector.
Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing centre operations.
Experience in B2B partnerships with colleges/corporates and franchise development is an added advantage.
Experience in team handling and stakeholder management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English
