The Academy Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the academy. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills who can manage various courses, coordinate with teachers and students, and lead a team of counselors to achieve enrollment targets. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is capable of multitasking and driving the academy's success.

Key Responsibilities:



Course and Batch Management:



Manage the scheduling of different courses and batches. Coordinate with teachers to ensure classes are conducted smoothly. Ensure batch schedules are adhered to and make adjustments as necessary.

Student and Teacher Coordination:



Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding course schedules and other queries. Collect and address feedback from both students and trainers to improve the quality of the courses.

Counselor Management:



Lead and manage a team of counselors. Drive counselors to achieve their enrollment targets. Ensure counselors are well-informed about the courses and equipped to provide accurate information to prospective students.

Batch Enrollment:



Work towards filling batches by coordinating marketing and outreach efforts. Track enrollment numbers and take steps to meet or exceed targets.

Curriculum Development:



Collaborate with teachers to prepare and update course syllabi. Ensure that course content is current, comprehensive, and effective.

Feedback Collection and Analysis:



Collect feedback from trainers and students regularly. Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Communication and Administration:



Maintain open and effective communication with staff, students, and parents. Handle administrative tasks related to course management, scheduling, and student records.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in educational administration or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Familiarity with courses such as OET, German, IELTS, PTE, etc., is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
