Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day lab operations including front desk, sample collection, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, NABL/ISO standards, and safety protocols.
Lead and supervise lab, phlebotomy, front office, and housekeeping staff.
Enhance patient satisfaction and handle feedback.
Drive walk-ins and B2B business through local tie-ups and marketing initiatives.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and meet revenue targets.
Maintain documentation and submit timely MIS reports.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Life Sciences / MLT / Healthcare Management; MBA preferred.
3-5 years' experience in diagnostic centers or hospital units.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office, lab software (LIS), and CRM tools.
