UDAAAN Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic

Centre Head

to lead our educational and vocational training institution. The role requires a strong leader who can

drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage the profit and loss (P&L) of the centre

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the centre Oversee academic delivery, training quality, and student satisfaction Drive business growth and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets Manage budgets, costs, and resources effectively Build, motivate, and guide a high-performing team Maintain relationships with students, parents/guardians, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in similar role in education, training, or service industry

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven experience in managing operations and P&L Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
