The Center Head will be responsible for managing the overall operations, growth, and performance of the technical training institute. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, academic excellence, revenue management, and ensuring an outstanding student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Administration
Oversee daily center operations ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
Maintain compliance with institutional, government, and accreditation standards.
Implement and monitor SOPs for academic, administrative, and technical functions.
Manage scheduling, timetables, and resource allocation efficiently.
2. Academic & Training Excellence
Ensure high-quality delivery of training programs in alignment with industry standards.
Supervise trainers and ensure continuous improvement in teaching methods.
Collaborate with academic teams for course design, upgradation, and certification alignment (NSDC/Skill India etc.).
Conduct periodic audits to maintain training quality and outcomes.
3. Business Development & Marketing
Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
Build corporate partnerships for student placements, internships, and customized training.
Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and local outreach.
4. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and motivate academic and administrative teams for performance excellence.
Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure continuous staff development.
Foster a positive work culture focused on learning, accountability, and results.
5. Financial Management
Plan and manage the center's annual budget.
Monitor income, expenses, and profitability metrics.
Ensure cost-effective resource utilization and revenue growth.
6. Student Experience & Placement
Ensure a seamless admission-to-placement journey for every student.
Maintain high levels of student satisfaction and retention.
Oversee placement drives, industry tie-ups, and alumni engagement programs.

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.
Knowledge of technical/IT/engineering training ecosystem.
Business acumen and P&L management experience.
Familiarity with NSDC/Skill India/AICTE or other accreditation frameworks (preferred).
Qualification:
Graduate in Engineering/Technology/Management or equivalent.
MBA/PGDM in Operations or Education Management (preferred).
