Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day center operations
Lead and motivate academic, marketing, and counseling teams
Drive student admissions and revenue growth
Ensure high-quality training delivery and student satisfaction
Handle center budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
Coordinate with head office for strategies and execution
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or MBA (preferred)
1-5 years of experience in education, training institute, or center management
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Experience in admissions, sales, or operations is an added advantage
Ability to meet targets and manage teams effectively
