dynamic and experienced Center Head
to manage our Nanganallur center.
Job Summary
As the
Center Head
, you will be responsible for the overall operations, admissions, parent relationships, staff management, and academic quality of the preschool. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities Center Operations & Administration
Oversee day-to-day preschool operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center.
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
Maintain records, reports, billing, fees collection, and documentation.
Admissions & Enrolment Growth
Drive student admissions through counseling and center walkthroughs.
Develop and execute marketing activities, local promotions, field outreach, and community engagement.
Parent Communication & Customer Service
Build strong parent relationships and handle queries, grievances, and feedback professionally.
Conduct parent orientations, PTMs, and engagement activities.
Team Management
Supervise teachers and support staff; ensure adherence to curriculum delivery.
Manage staff schedules, performance, and training needs.
Maintain discipline and a positive work environment.
Academic Quality & Center Performance
Ensure smooth execution of lesson plans, events, and preschool activities.
Maintain center quality standards and brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in any field (Education background preferred).
Minimum 0
-3 years of experience
in preschool/education/center management.
Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
Ability to handle parents, staff, and daily operations independently.
Experience in admissions, sales, and customer service is an added advantage.
