Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end center operations and ensure smooth functioning
Drive admissions, sales, and revenue growth
Lead, train, and manage academic, sales, and administrative teams
Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
Plan and execute local marketing and business development activities
Monitor KPIs, center performance, and prepare MIS reports
Handle escalations from parents/students and ensure timely resolution
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards
Manage center budgets, infrastructure, and resources
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
5-10 years of experience
in center management, branch operations, or leadership roles
Experience in
education, training, healthcare, retail, or service industry
preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving targets and managing large teams
