The Center Manager is responsible for the overall management, operations, and performance of the Odisha center. This includes academic coordination, staff management, student enrollment, compliance, marketing support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the center as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Center Operations & Administration
Manage daily operations of the center and ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure center infrastructure, classrooms, labs, and equipment are well maintained.
Maintain records, registers, files, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
2. Academic & Training Management
Coordinate with trainers to ensure quality training delivery.
Monitor class schedules, batch planning, and student attendance.
Ensure syllabus completion and conduct assessments/exams as per guidelines.
Address student queries and grievances effectively.
3. Staff Management
Supervise trainers, counselors, telecallers, and support staff.
Ensure staff attendance through biometric/manual systems.
Support HR in recruitment, onboarding, PF & ESIC compliance.
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
4. Admissions & Business Development
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career paths.
Plan and execute local marketing activities, school/college tie-ups, and events.
Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation and follow-ups.
5. Finance & Reporting
Handle fee collection, receipts, and basic accounts coordination.
Ensure timely submission of salary sheets, attendance reports, and expense details.
Monitor center expenses and work within approved budgets.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to Head Office.
6. Compliance & Coordination
Ensure PF, ESIC, and labor law compliance for center staff.
Coordinate with Head Office, State Head, and other departments.
Follow SOPs and ensure audit readiness at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline (Management preferred).
Minimum
3-5 years
experience in center management, education, or skill development.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM systems.
Ability to work under targets and handle multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Candidates
Experience in skill development centers, vocational training institutes, or education sector.
Familiarity with Odisha local market and language.
Immediate joiners preferred.
