Job Title:

Center Head (Only Females)

Location:

Woodnote Preschool, Mysore Branch

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning. Lead, mentor, and support teachers and staff to maintain high-quality early childhood education standards. Ensure implementation of the curriculum in line with Montessori and early education best practices. Manage admissions, parent interactions, and events to promote a positive school culture and growth. Maintain safety, hygiene, and discipline standards within the school premises. Coordinate with the management for planning, reporting, and achieving enrollment targets. Conduct regular staff training sessions and performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate or Postgraduate with a certification in

Montessori / Early Childhood Education (ECE) / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT)

. Minimum

3-4 years of experience as a Center Head

in a reputed preschool. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Passionate about early childhood education and child development.

Note:

Transportation will not be provided; candidates are required to arrange their own commute.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
