Job Summary

The Centre Head will manage overall preschool operations, staff leadership, curriculum delivery, parent engagement, and centre performance. The role focuses on smooth daily operations, team management, enrolment growth, and maintaining high education and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage teachers and support staff Ensure effective preschool curriculum implementation Oversee daily centre operations and enrolments Maintain safe, clean, and compliant centre environment Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue targets Build strong relationships with parents and community Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance Maintain records, MIS, and reports
Eligibility & Experience

Any graduate

2-3 years as Centre Head / Centre Directress / Branch Head

OR

2-3 years in client/operations management

OR

5 years of preschool teaching experience with leadership exposure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
