Any Graduate + ECCED/ Montessori/ PTTC/ Preschool Management certificate
Experience

Teaching experience 3-6 years Center Head Experience 2-4 Years
Roles and Responsibility

oOversee daily activities, ensure efficiency, manage budgets, maintain facilities, and guarantee compliance with regulations.

Recruit, train, evaluate, and motivate teachers, fostering a collaborative, positive work environment with opportunities for growth Ensure effective implementation of the early childhood curriculum, monitor educational standards
oBuild strong relationships with parents, communicate regularly, organize workshops, and foster partnerships to support learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹49,066.69 per month
