Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the
day-to-day operations
of the centre.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the
centre staff
to achieve performance goals.
Drive
sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction
targets.
Maintain
high standards of service quality, hygiene, and operational excellence
.
Handle
client interactions, feedback, and grievance resolution
professionally.
Plan and execute
local marketing and promotional activities
to increase footfall.
Manage
inventory, billing, and cash flow reports
accurately.
Prepare and present
weekly/monthly performance reports
to senior management.
Ensure compliance with
company policies, safety norms, and statutory requirements
.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of experience in
centre management, operations, or administration
.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling abilities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Proficient in MS Office and basic operational reporting tools.
Prior experience in
education, wellness, fitness, or service industry
will be an advantage.
