HIRING - CENTRE HEAD MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL ICU \xc2\xb7 MEDICAL CARE - Responsible for complete resident medical care (care & comfort to ensure resident completes desired care plan). \xc2\xb7 PERSONNEL- To manage, motivate and engage all organization staff through respective department heads and ensure high level of engagement, motivation, welfare and cordial working environment for all associates. \xc2\xb7 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT- Liaison/update of the Care Plan with primary consultants/ referring doctors and/or other specialist consultants as required to ensure that they see organization as a valuable partner in the continuum of care for their patients. \xc2\xb7 CORPORATE- Align with Corporate Team in making organization as Transition Care Leader. 5-8 years in (3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in ICU/Casualty-Emergency/Post Op ward) \xc2\xb7 Qualification: MBBS with masters preferred, Clinical care experience mandatory \xc2\xb7 Excellent clinical skills and acumen required. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills to be seen as a person of trust and authority on transition care by patients, their families and consultants. \xc2\xb7 Experience of handling multi-disciplinary teams.
