The Center Head will drive student admissions, revenue growth, and overall center performance. This is a target-driven leadership role responsible for sales, team management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve admission & revenue targets
Lead and manage counselors and sales staff
Convert leads, walk-ins, and inquiries into admissions
Plan and execute sales campaigns, outreach, and promotions
Build tie-ups with schools, colleges, and institutions
Oversee fee collection and follow-ups
Conduct seminars, orientations, and counseling sessions
Track daily sales performance and submit reports
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
2-5 years experience in education sales / admissions / center management
Strong closing, negotiation, and leadership skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
