The Head of Learning / Center Head at Techmindz will serve as the overall leader of the center, overseeing and driving performance across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Placements. This role requires a visionary leader with strong decision-making skills and proven ability to manage multiple functions. All departmental leads will report directly to this position.
The ideal candidate must have mandatory experience in the EdTech learning industry (minimum 5 years), with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams, delivering results, and scaling growth in the education/learning sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Strategy
Lead the center with full ownership of business and academic outcomes.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment, placement, and revenue goals.
Drive decision-making across departments and ensure alignment with organizational vision.
2. Functional Oversight
Sales - admissions targets, revenue growth.
Marketing - branding, lead generation, digital campaigns.
Operations - infrastructure, batch handling, process efficiency.
