Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all
administrative activities
within the institute, including office management, facility upkeep, security, and housekeeping.
Coordinate
infrastructure maintenance
, classroom readiness, and campus cleanliness.
Oversee
admission process support
, student record management, and document verification.
Manage
vendor relationships
for supplies, maintenance, and services.
Ensure compliance with
education board / university / government regulations
.
Coordinate
events, seminars, and academic functions
with faculty and event teams.
Monitor inventory and procurement of office and academic supplies.
Lead, guide, and evaluate administrative staff.
Maintain proper filing systems for administrativedocuments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational setup.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of
institutional compliance requirements

Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing

and student-related services.
Knowledge of
safety, security, and facility management
